Könner & Söhnen Shopify Plus Commerce Platform
1. Client Background
Könner & Söhnen is a European manufacturer of power generators, portable charging stations, and ATS devices. The brand operates across multiple EU markets through distributors and regional partners, and also runs B2C storefronts for end customers, which requires stable operations across separate domains, languages, and partner-specific sales workflows.
As the catalog and number of markets grew, the existing store setup became harder to manage. Pricing varied by country, localization drifted, and SKU rules became more complex with each update. The client needed one Shopify Plus ecosystem that could support new regions, languages, B2C storefront operations, and B2B workflows without rebuilding the structure every time.

2. Challenge
The store setup did not support consistent multi-region operations across domains and languages.
- Pricing and inventory rules required manual coordination between markets, which caused delays and operational errors.
- Localization inconsistencies increased content maintenance overhead and created SEO risk due to inconsistent structures and regional page variations.
- SKU logic and agent pricing needs outgrew the existing setup, especially for B2B partners and distributor workflows.
- Migration had to preserve SEO equity and structured content without breaking regional pages during the transition.
3. Solution & Approach
We rebuilt the Shopify Plus ecosystem so regional stores share pricing, inventory, and localization rules without duplicating operational work.

“We want to thank One Logic Soft for creating our e-commerce store on Shopify. The new platform for generators, portable charging stations, and ATS devices is fantastic. The 360-degree product view feature is a standout, allowing our customers to see every detail. The site is user-friendly and has significantly improved our sales process. The team provided excellent support and delivered exactly what we needed.”
7. Best Practices
- Multi-market commerce breaks when each region evolves separate pricing, inventory, and localization rules. Defining shared rules early and enforcing them across stores prevents operational debt as markets expand.
- Migration is not a technical afterthought. SEO-safe planning, content mapping, redirects, and staged rollout protect traffic and reduce post-launch risk.
8. Future Improvements & Features
- AI-assisted regional pricing recommendations based on demand and margin targets
- Predictive stock allocation by market to reduce out-of-stock scenarios
- B2B analytics dashboards for partner performance, reorder behavior, and regional trends
- Automated localization workflows to speed up language and content releases across markets
